A High Court Judge has ordered Sonia Poulton to further clarify her ludicrous claim.
The High Court has today made a judgment requiring Sonia Poulton to clarify further her ludicrous counterclaim against former MP John Hemming and I. It has irritatingly, refused most of my strike-out requests and awarded Sonia some (but not all of) her modest litigant in person costs but she is still around £3,000 down when first instance costs are included and she has still been ordered to clarify. Ms Poulton has now stated that she will not file evidence regarding Darren Laverty’s conduct in relation to the main claim nor rely on his conduct against us. Therefore, disclosure will not be needed. Although (very good and thorough) judge Mr Justice Linden ruled her case still met the low bar to not get struck out right away, there were sledgehammer subtle hints that she is in desperate trouble at trial, “On Mr Smith and Mr Hemmings’ case, the legal issue will not arise in any event because, even assuming that Ms Poulton is entitled to rely on all of her pleaded particulars, she will not satisfy the overarching test for harassment on the evidence”. All parties were strongly encouraged to mediate. Arguments my application was an, “abuse of process” failed although I was criticised for leaving the attempt late. Poulton still faces a separate appeal from John Hemming on the meaning of her words.

She’s done this sort of thing before, so she has. That is, she’s managed take a very weak case to trial. Fully assisted by some of the most dangerously bent cops in the nation, by all accounts.
And that case floundered, and got chucked out at the last minute, after she and her gang had spent four years lying to the police. As has been evidenced thoroughly throughout the posts and comments on this site. Indeed, during her more recent days spent in court, she is still lying her arse off. Which does not bode well at all, so it doesn’t. It truly doesn’t…
Because truth always comes out in the end. And from all I’ve been hearing, there’s an awful lot of that to come out about her. The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth…

What some people will do to have their name read out in court, and have their cases archived for all time, is always a worry.

Is it true Josh is working with Sonia? Inquiring minds want to know.
She says so, and she has documents from him. For the court hearing of 23 October 2024, Poulton filed a Skeleton Argument and supplementary argument, which was considered by the court. Documents in the bundle are presumed to have passed into the public domain and the bundle is referenced in her skeleton. In the skeleton argument, Poulton refers to a document I sent to Josh, and identifies him as her reference. Of course, WHY is another matter – the judge felt the ‘evidence’ irrelevant. The judge even referred to her having difficulty focusing on the relevant issues.
I may have to do a search to find out who “Josh” is. I can’t recall whether I’ve mentioned this before but her logo of herself with the banner ‘People before Profit’ and her other hand clenched makes me think a little of the old-fashioned Communist-era USSR pro-worker posters they used to post. I am left-leaning in some ways but that logo is (to me) just too much. Then as I’ve mentioned before she does seem Ms or Mrs Teflon to me in some ways.

Just found this blog via your recent tweets on X @MHNWitchfindergeneral. Sonia Poulton’s very good at scrounging money, isn’t she. It must take a lot of thought and a lot of bottle to make up a load of lies in order to take £150K off someone under false pretences like she has.
I suppose what makes it all even worse, is that she knew the person she took the money from was under the weather and vulnerable at the time.
Btw, it was great to see one of Sonia Poulton’s victims is not only recovering, but actually surviving and thriving.

@ Baldy, I so agree with you! It was heart-breaking, so it was. As God’s my judge, I can tell you there was not a dry eye in this house last night after watching Mr Butt.
I don’t know how anyone could watch him, and not weep, and want to whip up a petition for the police to go and arrest her straight away, so I don’t!
And he didn’t dwell on her having created a pack of lies to hoax him into paying for her to have brilliant legal representation when police called her in for an ‘interview’ over her naming two protected children in the Hampstead hoax case.
Most people would have let rip for half an hour on that subject alone, so they would. Especially as she was simultaneously conning him and the police into believing she was being persecuted by ‘shadowy figures’ connected to the ‘Establishment’ who just so happen to be able to nobble the Attorney General and police into doing the bidding of the owner of this blog – and ‘the shady figures and the minions’ he knows. Ffs. 😃
There must have been times when he thought he was caught up in some weird fecking cult tv series at times.
