Desparate, Delusional Dynastia Turns on Josh Moon

This week has been entertaining. After posting a bounty for Kiwi Farms’ Dynastia, I received an email from the man himself. Dynastia had been denying that the lawsuit was real, claiming I forged it. After the judge placed in it on BAILII as precedent case law Dynastia appears to accept it was real and sent me an email.

Of particular note, he offers me the ‘real’ identity of the 2nd Defendant, in which he seems  to imply the person concerned is Josh.

“[…] Only problem is I happen to know he lives with his mother and owns pretty much nothing. […]”

Whilst a lawsuit against Joshua Conner Moon may well follow in due course, it is hardly loyal is it? Josh is supposedly your best friend.

Just to be clear to all my readers, I did consider the denials that Dynastia is Kiwi Dynastia, and the evidence. After fair consideration I conclude that they are the same person and the judge has found Kiwi Dynastia validly served. The typo in the restraining order I mentioned in my last article (my fault) has now been kindly corrected by the judge and I link to an upload of the final version.

Of interest, I draw everyone’s attention to point 2 where it says the allegations made were false and malicious, “such having been proven by the Claimant”. This is because I asked the judge to hold me to American 1st Amendment rules because of my respect for free speech and also because if we do honour American rules then the US SPEECH Act 2010 offers no protection. American law does not protect malicious liars like Dynastia.

Just a reminder, my beef is not with ED and the claim against the ED operators is stayed – the judgement and restraining order are only against KiwiDynastia.

Court Judgement Imposes Permanent Restraining Order on KiwiDynastia. Up to £5,000 Bounty Offered on his Details

It has been said that, ‘snitches get stitches’. In this case, snitches get paid. I am offering a cash bounty for Dynastia – terms below.

Recently a person identifying themselves as Kiwi Farms’ Dynastia under the username ‘KiwiDynastia’ posted defamatory material about me on Encyclopaedia Dramatica (ED). I took legal action against KiwiDynastia and ED, but my beef is with Kiwi Farms and I respect ED, so when they took it down I stayed the claim against the ED Defendants only and I also made sure their real world names were not given in the judgement.

KiwiFarmsTwitter

Kiwi Farms openly exists to harass the disabled. A reminder that it is owned and run by Joshua Conner Moon.

The case proceeded to judgement against ‘KiwiDynastia’ only, who has been ordered to pay £10,000 damages, £1,000 costs and made subject to a permanent restraining order. It has been suggested Dynastia is in Australia and £11,000 is equivalent to nearly 20,000 Australian Dollars.

The judgement in that case is now up on the British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII) website here. The case is an actual legal precedent.

It is worth reminding ourselves of why everyone hates Kiwi Farms so to the right is a screenshot of the site’s promotional Twitter account before it was permanently suspended.

A pre-suspension archive of Kiwi Farms’ Twitter is here. Kiwi Farms is run by Joshua Conner Moon, a charming man whose previous contributions to the internet include being fired from 8chan by Frederick Brennan (archive here) for failing to upgrade 8Chan’s software.

Kiwi Farms is known for running threads about vulnerable people, some lured onto Kiwi Farms from disability forums such as Wrongplanet.net. There are also threads for individuals who have criticised or opposed them.

Jimmy Wales, Gamaliel (Robert Manuel Fernandez of Cannon Memorial Library), Paedophilia, Screaming Children and Whistleblower The Devil’s Advocate

After the case of misconduct by Wikipedia Arbitrator Gamaliel went to ArbCom (archive here), leading to his admonishment and resignation, the Witchfinder parked this article out of pity. Gamaliel was nothing more than a ruined librarian with no success in his life other than his now ended time in office on Wikipedia. Then Gamaliel contacted journalist David Auerbach’s employer in an effort to silence him.

Now, in light of this fresh wrongdoing the Witchfinder reveals the sickening truth about paedophile sadists, Wikipedia and Jimmy Wales’ company Wikia.com – along with ArbCom and the Wikimedia Foundations’ inaction when warned of paedophile activity and images of nude children on the Wiki. The most serious allegation is that, after removing a community that was being used for paedophile sadism, in a case Jimmy Wales was personally seized of, Wikia handed back their database including over a hundred depraved images of children.

[Note – this article does not link to any illegal material and no illegal material was downloaded in its preparation. You can follow any link here safely. However, please be careful with related pages especially on Wikipedia.]

JimmyWalesBoyscouts

Jimmy Wales and some boy scouts. The left image is used throughout Wikimedia and caused controversy when it was used on sadistic fetish erotica site, ‘The Spanking Wiki’ hosted by Wales’ company Wikia. This image was one of the milder images, insofar as the children are clothed and not in tears and / or screaming. Images of Jimmy Wales and Boy Scouts separately by CC-BY-SA.

A Gallery of Underage Boys
Wikipedia has an article entitled, ‘Boy’. I cannot link from here. I cannot even visit the page. Why? Because a whistle-blower tells me that it contains a nude image of young boys and so viewing the page without reasonable excuse could constitute an offence in the UK or US. It is said that those with an unhealthy interest in children have slipped an image of naked (with visible genitals), roughly 8 year old boys skinny dipping into the middle of the page.

We can safely visit the article talk page archive (a mostly text discussion of the article contents) (external archive here). The talk page, as opposed to the main article page, contains only adult nudity (NSFW but 40 and 34 years old so not at risk of being illegal). It also contains extensive documentation of complaints about paedophile material being inserted.

At one point, according to the text log, there was an entire gallery of nude boys although even the Wikipedians thought that too far. One user complained as follows, “the gallery is plainly pedophilically prurient”. It appears from the talk page complaints that there is presently still some child nudity on the main article page and users based in other jurisdictions have tried, and failed, to have it removed.

Female Arbitrator Blocks Mark Bernstein on Twitter … at the Suggestion of Jimmy Wales – Samuel Collingwood Smith

Mark Bernstein’s unhinged attempts to prove myself and the rest of #GamerGate right have finally reached their denouement when he spent all day hounding the female Wikipedians of the Year, accusing the Arbitration Committee of conspiring with GamerGate.

Two Women Named as Wikipedians of the Year Immediately Attacked by Bigot Mark Bernstein – Samuel Collingwood Smith

Today, Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales named two women as “Wikipedians of the Year” (archive here). Regrettably these women, Emily Temple-Wood and Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight, were immediately attacked by notorious bigot Mark Bernstein, who demanded on Twitter (archive here), “what did the Wikipedians of the year do to stop right-wing threats and extortion at Wikipedia?”

MarkBernsteinAttacksFemaleWikipedians

Two Prolific Female Editors are Named Wikipedians of the Year and Immediately Attacked by Bernstein. (Minor cosmetic amendments to photo for parody purposes).

Mark Bernstein, the self styled ‘Chief Scientist’ of his company Eastgate Systems (and also pretty much the only scientist of the tiny company), has a long history of using Wikipedia to promote his own views and prejudices. He is currently serving a 6-week Wikipedia block (archive here) and and indefinite topic ban from ‘any gender-related dispute or controversy […] broadly construed’ (archive here) due to ‘a pattern’ of misconduct and insensitive remarks in this area.

In my article, Improper of last year I exposed Bernstein as having made numerous edits to articles about his own company and its products contrary to Wikipedia policy on conflict of interest.

In this case, the female subjects of Mark Bernstein’s attack could not be more inappropriate and ironic. Whilst Bernstein claims to support feminists, as in his lengthy and regrettable article, Infamous, his targets in this incident, women of achievement, could not have greater credentials in the fight against harassment.

To quote the Huffington Post, “Student Emily Temple-Wood Writes A New ‘Women In Science’ Wikipedia Entry Every Time She’s Harassed” (archive here). Unlike many self-styled social justice warriors, Temple-Wood largely eschews Wikipedia’s drama boards and actually writes articles.

Similarly, Stephenson-Goodknight has contributed to over 3,000 content articles and was a founder of the Wikipedia Teahouse, an induction programme for new members.

Vox Day: A Throne of Bones Review

I review Vox Day’s lengthy novel ‘A Throne of Bones’ and find it to be very, very good.

AThroneOfBones

A Throne of Bones by Vox Day.

Shakespeare, according to Wikipedia, “was an English poet, playwright, and actor, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world’s pre-eminent dramatist”.

Not, of course, that this was the view in his day. In his day the nobles and the elites were very concerned about theatre as a low-class and vulgar form of entertainment.

In fact in 1596 theatres were banned in the City of London, leading to the construction of new theatres on the south bank of the Thames such as the Old Globe theatre.

I mention Shakespeare not because Vox seeks to be as populist as him but because many themes are drawn from the famous play, Julius Caesar.

‘A Throne of Bones’ (Amazon.com / Amazon.co.uk) is set in a fantasy world dominated by the ‘Republic of Amorr’, which is almost indistinguishable from the Roman Republic in the real world. A major difference is that a monotheistic faith very similar to Christianity is already the official state religion. In the real Rome that did not happen until the Republic had been replaced by the Roman Empire. Another difference from the real world is that Amorr’s world contains the usual fantasy tropes such as elves, dwarves, goblins, demons and magic users.

The story concerns power struggles between a number of supernatural and mortal factions inside Amorr and neighbouring states.

‘Fake Anthrax’ – Law Enforcement Inaction Leads to Further Joshua Conner Moon / Kiwi Farms Related Crime

In the wake of the Okaloosa School threats, the Witchfinder reveals that an absence of US law enforcement activity over sinister website Kiwi Farms has led to further vigilante threats, including a detailed guide to retaliatory harassment of the operator and the sending of false anthrax packages. Josh Moon has had many enemies on the chan boards and elsewhere for some time, long before I wrote about the site. Their opposition to Kiwi Farms and Moon shows every sign of intensifying.

Center – Sheriff David Morgan looks on. Image used under the UK Parody exception pursuant to s30A Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988. Child is a stock image from Dreamstime.

Last week, Hertfordshire police received a menacing email trying to imply I was a criminal. They immediately realised it was fake, and put it in to their technical unit for tracing. It was not the first time. Needless to say it seemd to come from a domain owned by Joshua Conner Moon, the operator of the ‘GamerGate.us’ email service, which falsely poses as the #GamerGate movement for trolling purposes.

Joshua Moon’s site Kiwi Farms has been increasingly controversial for some time now due to its explicit targeting of preteen children and the disabled, as well as high profile individuals like former Nintendo PR Alison Rapp. In my initial article on the subject, I documented how multiple hosting companies had banned the site. French hosting company Gandi.net expressly confirmed that Kiwi Farms was banned after child pornography was found.

In a later article, with links and archives, I provided evidence that Kiwi Farms were openly organising frightening forged emails to women, in the name of other women and with penis photos and similar attached. A member boasted of organising SWATtings and one screenshotted a massacre threat they sent to Hertfordshire police. The same article linked to a vote taken on Kiwi Farms to target under age children and gave an example of their doing exactly that by harvesting family photos of a 5-year old boy. Clearly many of these activities are illegal under Federal United States and Florida law.

Most message boards that provide questionable content avoid participation and rely on immunity under section 230 of the United States Communications Decency Act 1996. Case law shows that this immunity can be lost if you join in the fray and participate by creating editorial content, which of course Moon does on a regular basis. He would be well advised to read this article here (archive here).

Worthless Ruling in Zoe Quinn Case Spares Judge Embarassment but Does Nothing for Domestic Violence Victims

So this happened. I got most of my grades for my law course and I am nearly done. Of note I got a distinction for litigation (conducting court proceedings) on the civil and criminal side. Much to my astonishment I also received a grade of 100% for conduct (ethics). This makes me one of the most ethical law students of all time.

GradesMostEthical

Some of my law grades. 100% for conduct.

I have decided to refocus this blog more ethically based on feedback from KotakuInAction and elsewhere. There will be more law and factual pieces with fewer hitpieces along with a slightly gentler style. I will be posting the new style stuff under my real name, with occasional harder pieces by ‘Matthew Hopkins’ for old times’ sake.

So let us turn now to Zoe Quinn and her purported, ‘victory’ over Eron Gjoni. What does the recent judgement of the Massachussetts Appeal Court mean and who (if anyone) won anything?

Firstly, we need to go to the original document, which is here, for a detailed analysis. On an interesting note, Zoe has changed her legal name from Chelsea Van Valkenburg to Zoë Tiberius Quinn. Tiberius was a Roman Emperor said to be a “dark, reclusive, and sombre ruler who never really desired to be emperor”, according to Wikipedia.

Wikipedia’s Mark Bernstein Decries ‘GamerGate’ Threats to Opponents’ Jobs … then Writes to Someone’s Employer

Mark Bernstein’s behaviour has always been … eccentric, even before his recent formal topic ban from #GamerGate and indeed, any gender related controversy on Wikipedia (archive here). As far as I can understand his latest rant, he has been escalated beyond complaining that criticising individuals to their employers or about their employment is ‘harassment’. Bernstein now describes it as ‘extortion’, the US equivalent of the UK crime of Blackmail contrary to s21 Theft Act 1978.

Bernstein201605A

Mark Bernstein characterises criticism of anti-GamerGate Wikipedia administrators in the context of their jobs as ‘extortion’. Click for full size.

Based on his various ramblings on Wikipedia (archive here) and elsewhere, Mark thinks that controversial Wikipedia arbitrator Gamaliel asked to be banned form enforcement related to the GamerGate article and related matters in order to signal GamerGate to leave him alone.

By chance, Gamaliel was a person mentioned in a draft article about the unjust ban of editor The Devil’s Advocate (TDA) from Wikipedia some months ago. I sent it for comment to everyone mentioned in accordance with ethical practice, but then postponed it due to the arbitration case. For background on TDA’s ban, there is an excellent article by Allum Bokhari here on Breitbart.
