Miele: Information Commissioner Investigating after Alleged Disclosure of Complaints About Alan Goodwin

The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) has many eccentric characters very excited about it. Most of these are harmless, well meaning but a little bit credulous towards conspiracy theories. Some are victims of real abuse, others however, are vile. One exceptionally unpleasant character is the operator of the @Ciabaudo twitter account. MHN can reveal that @Ciabaudo is in fact Alan Goodwin, a British man living in Germany and working for domestic goods manufacturer Miele. Goodwin frequently seems to spend his days churning out tweets expressing his concerns about gays, Jews, Israel and / or alleged Jewish / Israeli / gay paedophiles. When third parties complained to Miele, they believe their personal data was disclosed. Now the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is investigating.

David Hencke’s recent humiliation in a libel claim brought by former MP John Hemming has caused great consternation in the ever-shrinking portion of the conspiracy-sphere who are willing to back Esther Baker’s allegations. The difficulty is that for all Esther Baker’s coy hints about the ‘truth’, her claims of abuse have gone nowhere. Baker has alleged extraordinary, cult-like abuse in multiple countries over a period of years. The police took statements from 30 people, with the interviews of Baker alone lasting 91-and-a-half-hours (source). Yet the only outstanding police investigation regarding the ‘historic abuse’ is into allegations against Esther Baker. Even for true believers it is getting a bit passé.

Ms Baker herself admits in public on Twitter to significant mental illnesses including references to auditory hallucinations and home visits from the mental health team, yet even after the police investigation some of her supporters do not appear willing to consider that she may be mistaken about the identity of her abusers or other details.

The only promising bit of excitement is Baker’s libel case against Hemming and his counterclaim. A preliminary hearing is now likely to be listed in late February or early March. As reported at IICSA, Baker is suing Hemming for libel for allegedly accusing her of lying. Hemming countersues over her allegedly accusing him of rape on Twitter.

User of Joshua Moon’s Kiwi Farms Launches Illegal DDoS Attack on Rival Trolls

Last week persons unknown claiming to be female hackers posted on 8chan stating that they have begun a DDoS attack against infamous hate group Kiwi Farms. The posts linked to a rival trolling group. At roughly the same time there were a series of outages of several websites linked to 1776 Hosting, a controversial hosting company being set up by Kiwi Farms owner Joshua Conner Moon (also known as Null). Kiwi Farms and 1776 are controversial because of their owner’s calls for genocide, distribution of paedophilia content such as child rape stories and the actual murders of minors by a member of his board. Moon also runs a ‘novelty’ email service lolcow.email, which brought ‘novel’ situations to schools in his former home state of Florida such as mass murder threats.

On the rival group’s site itself however, members fiercely denied being responsible for the outages. Instead group members claimed Kiwi Farms members were trying to frame them. Police Manhunt for Kiwi Farmers “Ginger Piglet” and “TheDrivelBroadcast” Pauses, For Now

Ginger Piglet is sought by Hertfordshire police.

Unbeknownst to members of Kiwi Farms, police have been actively hunting for the Kiwi Farms members known as Ginger Piglet and TheDrivelBroadcast for nearly a year. The investigation even went so far as to ask Welwyn-Hatfield Borough Council for an email Ginger Piglet sent to them in early 2017 for forensic analysis. For now the police have hit a brick wall in terms of evidence so readers and even aggrieved fellow Kiwis are asked to provide information.

In late 2018 there were two tragic murders in America. A member of the sinister website Kiwi Farms walked into a school and started shooting having discussed it a few days before with Kiwi Farms’ leader Joshua Moon. A few weeks before that, a Kiwi Farms member called TheDrivelBroadcast photographed a building in Peartree not far from the school with an intent to intimidate me and other residents. Police have been actively hunting Ginger Piglet and TheDrivelBroadcast since then.

To understand why Piglet and Drivel are sought so enthusiastically by police it is important to understand both UK law and also the recent activities of Kiwi Farms.

In UK and US law, there is a concept of a person being an accessory to a crime. For example in the United Kingdom, under the Accessories and Abettors Act 1861 anyone who “aids, abets, counsels or procures” a crime can be prosecuted as though they are the person who committed it. There are also offences under the Serious Crime Act 2007 of assisting or encouraging an offence.

Ellie Reeves MP and the Corpses of Children

Last year Ellie Reeves MP was one of a number of current and former politicians of all parties asked to help with a bipartisan campaign against a hate group targeting children. Ellie Reeves, who is associated with right-wing faction Labour First, alone ignored the requests. Subsequently two children were brutally murdered. I sent Reeves a draft article about it and she complained to police claiming my media inquiries were harassment. Initially I was spoken to by a PC but when I politely explained she had never replied to object to contact, other than automated emails, a DI wrote back confirming no formal action would be taken (including no harassment warning). The police do not consider this article a criminal matter. I will not name the officer or force and note that I am active around the country in different places. Statements to police are privileged but if she repeats any such allegations in public, I am likely to bring defamation proceedings.

I remember Ellie Reeves from 20 years ago, when we were both Labour Students. So, last year when I discovered she and other mutual acquaintances had been targeted by trolls I got in touch and offered my assistance. Sadly, my attempt at bipartisan cross-party kindness was not returned.

Ellie Reeves was asked to assist in a cross-party campaign against a hate group that targets children. Grant Shapps MP (Conservative) agreed to assist, John Hemming (Liberal former MP) agreed to assist and even Brendan Cox (Labour) had agreed. Ellie had not replied – except automated emails. Grant even wrote to me saying he had tried to find her in the Commons but not been able to get hold of her.

I emailed Ellie Reeves on 9 November 2017. I sent her a couple of reminders warning her children were being targeted. Margaret Pless, a left wing American writer wrote to her on 11 November 2017 and on 7 December 2017, two children were murdered by a member of the hate group, William Atchison, who walked into a school and started shooting. Ellie had been under no obligation to assist, but she was the only person who totally blanked us. As I said I remember her from University but there was no ill will between us as far as I know (except I had joined the Conservatives).

The campaign Reeves had opted out of was to eliminate a trolling forum called Kiwi Farms. Kiwi Farms, which is owned and operated by former Florida resident Joshua Conner Moon states that its goal is “gossip” and “exploitation” of the mentally handicapped.

The forum essentially targets vulnerable people, celebrities and its opponents for cyber-stalking. This includes collecting images of victims’ children. On a satellite board also owned by Moon, members also distributed paedophile-murder-rape stories about pre-teens of the same age. Moon has a detailed knowledge of the law relating to sex crimes and realized that stories about child rape, unlike photographs, are not illegal to possess. Therefore Moon allowed a board called, ‘/phile/’ on his website 16chan for the distribution of child rape stories.

Brian Murray, CEO of Harper Collins, Author Judith Newman and the Horrific Child Abuse of Newman’s Son #BoycottToSIRI

For the last two years, MHN has been campaigning for the closure of Kiwi Farms, a website that stalks the disabled, tricks them or hacks their accounts for intimate revelations. The abuse is recounted in Margaret Pless’ detailed and well sourced article for New York Magazine as well as many articles here.

So it is unsurprising that when previously respectable publisher Harper Collins released a book by author Judith Newman, “To Siri With Love” behaving in a similarly intrusive way towards her own son, that there would be widespread condemnation and a campaign to #BoycottToSiri. The book is a horrific invasion of privacy in which Newman shares private sexual and medical information and announces her intent to have her son sterilised. It is obviously capable of great harm to her child. On this occasion Harper Collins CEO Brian Murray and Publisher Michael Morrison took their eyes of the ball. They need to lose their jobs for it. We all remember our teenage years. The little ways our parents would embarrass us. The need for privacy to explore developing sexual feelings and to make mistakes without the world looking after our shoulders. These things are difficult enough for those of us without serious disabilities. Of course, for those suffering from emotional problems or serious conditions like autism the quest for dignity and autonomy can be far more complex and difficult.

Now, imagine your vile and emotionally abusive mother decides to –

  • disclose to the world that you have a stigmatised disability – autism
  • discuss your potty training (chapter 1)
  • admit her favourite 20th century novel is the world’s most infamous paedophile novel (chapter 3)
  • mock your sexuality – claiming she envisages it with a “Benny Hill” soundtrack (chapter 8)
  • discusses your crushes and intimate relationships in detail (throughout)
  • discussed your porn browsing habits and indeed your sibling’s (chapter 13)
  • publicly states she intends to obtain power of attorney over you and have you sterilised (chapter 13)

For extra horror points, imagine a multinational corporation decides to help your mother distribute this worldwide in a book. That is the situation faced by Gus Newman at the hands of his mother Judith Newman, Harper Collins CEO Brian Murray and President Michael Morrison.

Kiwi Farms Member Kills 2 in School Rampage Before Killing Himself – Police Knew of Risk Nearly 2 Years Ago

Two children are dead after a Kiwi Farms member William Atchison (Kiwi Farms Profile archive) went on a school rampage in New Mexico (archive). Atchison, 21, was apparently a member of the web forum Kiwi Farms that this site has campaigned to close for nearly 2 years. Kiwi Farms has previously been linked to threats to murder school children, but now for the first time the massacre threats have actually been carried out leading to real world deaths.

For those unfamiliar to this site, I am a law graduate – I have passed the lawyer’s exams here in the UK but not sought admission as a solicitor. I assist the vulnerable in court solely for charity and I have been mentioned in Parliament. Earlier this year I was praised in reported case law (paragraph 14) by a High Court judge, in a case heard shortly before I received my Master’s Degree. For the past two years I have been campaigning to shut down Kiwi Farms, a site run by Joshua Conner Moon – formerly of Pensacola, Florida.

Kiwi Farms exists to stalk the vulnerable. It says so, officially. “Gossip and exploitation of the mentally handicapped for amusement purposes” (from their Twitter, archived pre-ban here).

New York Magazine’s Select All section wrote an article about the site, detailing how they stalked an autistic man called Christian Weston Chandler and groomed a 13-year-old boy into posing as a 19-year-old female and having phone sex with the man. This they audio recorded for “amusement purposes”, publishing a recording and transcript.

I have written numerous articles, for example about the site members, paedophile sadism – including collecting pictures of the children of victims and publishing textual child rape stories on a spin-off board. Masterful Mastercard – Troll Who Tried to Infiltrate Gab Terminated by Bank

After a series of bans by payment providers, Joshua Conner Moon the owner of Kiwi Farms had created a website to hide the payment provider used to receive donations to his website. A number of concerns arose about the site, called lolcow.us, including breaches of numerous compliance rules. Impressively, this week their acquirer bank terminated them after receiving concerns I had sent to the card network, MasterCard. Furthermore, terminated merchants are automatically added to a blacklist that (depending on the reasons) can make it hard or impossible to find a new provider to receive card payments in future.

MasterCard have robust regulatory processes that respect the right to free speech whilst protecting the financial system from abuse.

Joshua Conner Moon, the owner of Kiwi Farms is an extreme embarrassment to the alt-right and to the causes he claims to support, such as “Free Speech”.

For some time Kiwi Farms has been moving from host to host and from payment provider to payment provider. A lot of work was done on this last year and in the end Joshua Moon created a bespoke donations website to hide his merchant bank / provider.

The intent was to prevent further terminations. For those opposed to Kiwi Farms the challenge has been to find a more permanent way to prevent Kiwi Farms simply moving on each time there is a problem.

When Moon set up lolcow.us he could have gone legitimate. There were some minor problems with the site but initially they would not have been apparent. True to form however, Moon failed to do so.

Joshua Conner Moon, Kiwi Farms, User Tracking and Credit Card Fraud on Lolcow.us

Joshua Moon, the infamous internet troll known for running stalker website Kiwi Farms, has been complaining that he is the ‘victim’ of credit card fraud. According to a post by Josh on his forum, around Thursday his payment service Lolcow.us started to receive thousands of dollars worth of fraudulent transactions. I have no idea if this is the case, but during his protestations of being an innocent victim, Josh made statements that clearly contradict earlier remarks (archive here) he is not tracking his donors.

By his own admission, Joshua Conner Moon’s websites have been removed from several hosting companies and payment providers, including Paypal. Most have bowed to the inevitable as soon as they are notified of the site and its nature, but a few talked tough until there was legal action. All removed the site. Now, Kiwi Farms hides its host and payment provider using Cloudflare. Furthermore, the payment provider is hidden by the use of an intermediary website called lolcow.us. Users who wish to donate to Kiwi Farms must type their credit or debit card numbers into code written by Josh and the card number will be forwarded on.

Despicable Threats Against Oliver Smith Continue Due to CandiceLynnPotter.com

A few weeks ago, Matthew Hopkins News reported that a person claiming to be a Kiwi Farms user had sent threats to a school and MP to stalk a child in the rough area where Oliver Smith lives, demanding that bloggers and Oliver stop criticising Kiwi Farms. A subsequent, anonymous, paper letter was sent to Smith’s home following up on the same threats, with the same goals. With Darwin-award level stupidity, the sender used signed for delivery. This tracks the sender location and timestamp as well as the recipient and all UK post office have CCTV. Subsequently the sender was finally revealed – and their identity is with the police and FBI.

This letter appears to follow up on the terror threat email. It is full of wild allegations but without signature, name or address of sender but has been written by a Kiwi Farms supporter using my style to try to implicate me. Also, best not to use signed for delivery.

This has to be the stupidest thing I have ever read. It is clearly menacing and it is anonymous (it goes on for another crazy page) and wildly untrue but the tracking number is stuck to the envelope. Whoever wrote it clearly expected to be untraceable, so they deserve a Darwin award for stupidity. Royal Mail records show that it was sent from a post office in the B and M store in Park Street Liverpool L8 4UE at 13:12 on 21 March 2017. The shop confirms it holds CCTV. After the extent to which the ‘anonymous’ sender fouled up began to circulate however, there was a fresh revelation.

New and Sinister Threats to Hertfordshire Children by Kiwi Farms, Will Authorities Take Action?

Earlier this evening, I received an email from Oliver Smith, a Kiwi Farms victim (no relation). I had been in touch to check the progress of a complaint he had made to police. His reply was chilling. An email from “Dynastia’s Apprentice” and tracing back to Joshua Conner Moon’s email service, lolcow.email had been sent to Oliver, a Hertfordshire MP and a local school. Subject: “we will stalk little sue denim at grove road school” (I have changed the child’s name throughout to anonymise them). Grove road is a primary and nursery school. The email demanded that sites and articles critical of Moon’s website Kiwi Farms be taken down or a named child, “sue” would be stalked, presumably in line with official Kiwi Farms policy as set out below.

The forum, Kiwi Farms is well known for having publicly taken a vote making it policy to target underage children (archive here) and then carrying it out by harvesting pictures of children as young as five like the son of prominent left-wing academic Marian Aanerud.

Joshua Moon, owner of Kiwi Farms also previously owned the now defunct 16chan, which had a board called [paedo]/phile/ for child rape stories. The rules of 16chan, written by Moon expressly permitted such material, which he described as, “child fetishism” and he did not remove child rape stories or the /phile/ board. One story, as recounted in my video, “Enemy Within” included a “fantasy” of the kidnapping, mutilation and murder of a 5-year old child. Specifically a hole was sliced in them and they were raped to death through it. For reasons such as this, many people would like police to take a keen interest in Kiwi Farms users and donors.
