On Wednesday 13 July 2022, there was a hearing in Hemming v Poulton. I was excused attendance, because although I am a party to the case the technical application between John and Poulton is nothing to do with me and also I had a medical appointment. So, I was astonished to read a highly misleading tweet (archive) by Poulton claiming the court had ‘accepted’ her objections to being described as, “someone who holds herself out as a journalist”. This is fake news.
Sonia Poulton’s tweet is misleading. The court has in no way accepted her objections to the phrase referred to, now made any decision on it.
What happened at the hearing is that it was originally listed before a Master but when further issues were raised late by the parties, the Master decided it needed to be dealt with by a judge and adjourned the hearing. Nothing was decided, least of all was there any decision that the phrase could not be used or was wrong, or that Sonia is a reputable journalist. Nor is it likely to be determined when the hearing was resumed as it is not in issue on the applications.
What was before the court was that John Hemming has applied to expand his claim against Sonia Poulton. Poulton objects. That is the application listed to be decided. The night before the hearing, Poulton via her barrister Richard Munden raised an issue of limitation that some of the proposed amendments relate to claims that are out of time. John via his barrister says they are not out of time but on the safe side applied for an extension of time on the morning of the hearing. With the new and technically complex material, the Master decided a judge should hear the applications.
Sonia did (by her barrister Richard Munden), object to the phrase but the court in no way, for example, told Hemming or his barrister Matthew Hodson not to use it nor struck the form of words out of Hemming’s documents. Hodson has not descended into the arena on this issue, but Hemming commented saying that the Master did not address the point at all. It is bizarre because Hemming is not even disputing Poulton is a, ‘journalist’ because it is not a regulated profession or reserved title. Anyone can stumble in off the street and say they are a ‘journalist’ in the UK. John’s pleadings at paragraph 2 say that the, “Defendant is a freelance journalist”. However, I am entitled to the opinion that Poulton is not a good or ethical journalist. There are a number of reasons and my opinion is based upon all of the facts set out in these linked articles of mine – [1] [2][3][4][5] and the matters raised in this one.
Poulton has been raising money on the cases she is involved in and statements like this to her supporters are highly misleading. It is not the first time. At a hearing last year, Poulton claimed that she had received 85% of her costs, “of the hearing” (archive). This was false. Poulton had received 85% of her costs of only one of several applications. The others had been decided differently – one she had no costs of. One she has to pay Hemming, but delayed until the end of the case. She also agreed to pay my costs and Darren Laverty’s. So her overall recovery was lower and she had to pay me. The overall effect of this order is that everyone except me lost money. Extracts from the order are below –
Extracts from the order sealed 14 July illustrate the misleading nature of Poulton’s statements. She got 85% of her costs on one application, lost all her costs of another, has to pay John later and paid Darren and I.
I put this to Poulton via her lawyers and she did not reply to me or deny the allegations. She did however update her fighting fund (archive). Some of it I did not witness. Some of it, especially in relation to me, is eerily false and may be libellous. Consider this –
“From the off, Mr. Hodson sought to mischaracterise me and undermine me describing me as someone who “Holds herself out as a journalist.”
What made this description even more transparently nasty and absurd was when it became very clear that Mr. Hodson’s argument was based on me being an actual journalist – and the responsibilities that accompany that.
His argument was disjointed and only showed malice.
Nonetheless, it had to be corrected.
Richard Munden addressed this undermining of my work with Master Brown who was presiding.
The Master agreed with Mr. Munden.”
Really? The Master agreed opposing counsel was acting with malice? Fake news. Another eerie inaccuracy was the claim I was absent because of events at a previous court hearing –
“Smith’s absence was considered unusual […] It is highly likely – as the court transcript will attest – that his absence is related to a court hearing last week in which Smith is suing Muhammad Butt of BNT and which the outcome is pending.”
In fact, I had been excused by the Senior Master, whose clerk copied in Sonia’s lawyers. I find it extremely unlikely that she did not know this. It is also not unusual for me to duck out of a hearing. At the first hearing last year with John, Sonia and Darren I took Sonia’s money and then got the Deputy Master to excuse me so I could go and play Stellaris.

Poulton also claims John Hemming had an altercation with her. He says she walked up to him and he made an offer of settlement, if she corrected the record. I was not present for this, but I do know that Ms Poulton has been accused, in essence, of crocodile tears before. Given her inaccurate statements about me in the same post, I have formed a provisional opinion that John is more credible. The opinion is fortified by her previous dispute with her famous colleague David Icke in which he criticised her behaviour and she made similar allegations against him. Given its relevance, I think it is in the public interest to put Icke’s account and Sonia’s so that readers can make up their own minds.

I do not know if Sonia simply does not understand, or she is being deliberately misleading. However, she does have professional legal advisors who can explain things to her and in my opinion based on her false statements, she has at best failed to make herself fully conversant with the facts. Many of Sonia’s followers are sincere people – some themselves no doubt victims of abuse. They deserve the unvarnished truth.

Having been fed on a regular diet of children, allegedly stolen to order by the family courts and staff at residential homes for children, the elites have allegedly developed immunity to chemical attacks by air, and also immunity to signals from 5G which have allegedly been rigged to depopulate the world.
Gangs of paedophiles in Parliament have allegedly been plotting to depopulate the world since WW2. With no apparent concern as to who would be left alive to provide manual labour or make payments towards the pensions of elders.
MI5 and the London Met should be investigating where a handful of journalists and other fanciful bloggers and vloggers have been getting their disinformation and conspiracy theories from.
What motivates such journalists to mislead the public into believing they are under chemical attacks from vaccines and aeroplanes? Why have journalists been getting away with telling the public that innocent people are paedophiles and paedophile protectors, and demanding that the public gather in Trafalgar Square during a pandemic?
This is provocative behaviour. It not only potentially exacerbates infections, it could lead to unrest and give police another excuse to beat up and and tear gas members of the public.
Individuals who spread misinformation and fear are a threat to national security and they incite public unrest.
The fact that the London Met know all about it and do nothing, has led cynics to believe the police must be enjoying all the overtime payments and brawls.
Remarkable how Sonia Poulton is getting away with the most discriminatory behaviour towards at least one minority group. Not since the days of similar witch hunts when all gay men were accused of being secret paedophiles, has a group of people been so maligned.
Transsexuals and transvestites were gradually becoming less afraid to step out of their homes unaccompanied. Until they saw the twitter pile-ons, and people being buried in avalanches of abuse and false accusations about their mental health, physical appearance, and sexual proclivities.
The frequency with which Sonia Poulton flags up the worst drag artistes with the most obscene and bawdy adult repertoires to make various nonsensical points about who and who is not a woman, and what a woman is, is a crime in itself.
Though some trans people are known to drag up, and even do so for a living, the majority are trying to go about their every day business, feminising themselves discreetly, and blending in with the general societal norms. ie. They are not wandering around in a glittery wig, wearing stage make-up, half naked, and trying to get arrested so they can go to female-only prisons and have regular opportunities to commit rape.
Such rapes have happened. Female prisoners have been raped by rapists who have claimed to be female prior to being sent to prison.
Female prisoners are raped every day somewhere in the world. By other female prisoners and prison wardens.
Female prisoners (and male prisoners) are at more serious risk, and are likely to come to more harm because of malnutrition, damp and poorly ventilated cells, and inadequate hospital facilities, than being attacked and raped by trans prisoners.
However, the subject of general health and well-being of female prisoners would not be as appealing to the demographic of followers as saving thousands of female prisoners from unquantifiable numbers of males who are going into prisons and identifying as female. Whilst still being host to their penis.
Sonia Poulton has regular problems with skimpily clothed drag queens and transsexuals expressing themselves through their attire or generally having a lark.
She alleges the ‘exhibitionism’ is ‘indoctrinating’ children and ‘normalising’ matters of sexuality which children ought not to be knowing about until they are adults. Or something along those lines.
Parents should take note of this when taking children to the local pantomimes next Christmas. Dark forces may be at work on the stage. In plain sight. Every smile and gesture towards your children may be subconsciously forcing them to switch gender. When such thoughts had never crossed their minds before. Not even on those days when their teachers read them stories from ‘inclusive’ story books.
Beyond the obvious where the law is clearly seen being broken, Sonia Poulton’s rants are baseless. Only understood by her prejudiced followers who buy her coffees to help pay towards her “tireless work in saving children”. Children whom she alleges have been/are still being abused by Parliamentarians.
Whomever those children are whom she allegedly wants to save, they have not been saved yet. None of them.
Been a while. Ten years. Some of them will be adults now. Unless they were all murdered during the alleged ritual abuse. Their bodies buried on the farms of wealthy VIP landowners and RAF bases. Which is allegedly what happens to some bodies. (See also Mark Watts about this.)
Despite volumes of false accusations against imagined VIP paedophile rings, dangerous blogs and tweets, buckets of donations, and cups of coffee being bought for her, she has not managed to rescue or save a single child.
None of her alleged “evidence” of over “140 names” has ever been passed onto the police. Therefore she has been unable to have any of the VIPs arrested and interviewed since she began her campaign to have them all rounded up in 2012.
Same with Jon Wedger. Always on social media. Rattling his tins. Saying he was saving children. No children saved.
Alternatively, and despite believing the minds of children are being twisted by a bit of flesh shown by scantily clad drag artistes and transwomen who are allegedly working to the agenda of an underground Government scheme, Sonia Poulton also believes people are living in the Dark Ages and “need to get up to speed”, if they do not believe it is normal for women to sunbathe topless in front of adults, teenagers and children on family beaches.
She says she is not responsible if men, and presumably teenagers and younger boys cannot control themselves when she takes her top off to reveal her breasts.
Declaring her breasts are only functional for breastfeeding, and not weapons. ie. This appears to be an admission to herself and the public that her breasts are not of any sexual merit or any great shakes, so she should be able to whip them out whenever she feels like it.
Further stating, “My behaviour cannot be affected just because a man gets an arousal. That’s not my business. That’s the man’s business.”
ie. It is the man’s fault if he gets an erection. She should not have to refrain from taking her top off and being half naked simply because the man is unable control what is going on in his trunks in front of his wife and children and beachcombers.
In her dreams.
ie. The prospect of her causing any arousals. lol
She is also sexist. No mention of female arousal.
Lesbians also use family beaches.

Jon Wedger and Sonia Poulton can congratulate themselves on being two of the longest standing agents provocateurs during the past decade’s child abuse hoax-fest.
The rest of their crew already having done a bunk to protect their personal assets from the civil courts. Or to avoid the police.

Had police done the job they are paid to do, instead of sitting back and collecting false information about innocent people from liars and fantasists who want to earn a living from making documentaries about rape and paedophilia, they may have been able to prevent irreparable damage being done to innocent people and their families. and saved some lives.
The police would have found, amongst other matters of crime and pieces of the jigsaw, that Southampton police were aware of crimes in progress, and were withholding information from Operation Midland which may/should have prevented innocent males being charged/having charges dropped.
A large number of corrupt police became complicit in causing great and prolonged harm to innocent people, rather than assisting them in bringing people to justice, and calling a halt to this huge, politically motivated, journalist-managed hoax-fest. No effort from police required.
