Candy Potter Canned and Kiwis Server Cracked?

In his recent interview on the ‘Dick Show’ this week, Joshua Conner Moon the proprietor of Kiwi Farms gloated about his mother’s use of hate speech to describe a transsexual who visited his home. Josh said that his mother met the person at the door and later said that the transwoman was the, “ugliest bull dyke” she had ever seen. Not long after I received a blizzard of emails. Apparently, opponents of Kiwi Farms had discovered Josh’s mother Candice Lynn Potter was a member of her son’s depraved website. They drew the hate speech to the attention of Candy’s employer Keller Williams (KW) and a few days later her profile disappeared from the KW network.

CandyPotterCanned

Candy Potter (Candice Lynn Potter) is no longer at Keller Williams. The change occurred not long after her son Josh quoted her on ‘the Dick Show’ as using vile homophobic and transphobic hate speech. Click for full size. Phone numbers blacked out for ethics reasons.

When Joshua Moon appeared on the Dick Masterson show he was cock-a-whoop. It appears however that his unguarded words may have had consequences for his mother Candy. Masterson (a stage name of comedian Dax Herrera) seems to have invited Moon on the show because Kiwi Farms has a nasty thread on his estranged former business partner, who goes by the name ‘Maddox’.

Legal Note – Enforcing UK Judgements in Iceland Against Web Hosts

A brief legal note for fans of Icelandic law.

Recent posts elsewhere suggest readers may be interest in the urban myth that web hosting companies in Iceland hold immunity from United Kingdom (or other) libel laws. When I had finished laughing, I thought I would write this brief post.

Iceland is not in the European Union, but Iceland, the UK and other European countries have signed a reciprocal treaty agreeing to enforce civil judgements with each other called the Lugano Convention (Practical Law link, Wikipedia link). Litigants can just rock up to the Iceland courts and ask for registration.

There is also a myth that Iceland web hosts have immunity. In fact it works pretty much exactly like the United Kingdom. Here is a link to an English translation of the immunity law Merchants and Trade – Act No. 30/2002 on Electronic Commerce and other Electronic Services.

Under Article 14 (1) of the Iceland law there are three circumstances under which a web host can lose immunity –

#DumpKellogs: Kellogg’s Cornflakes Inventor John Harvey Kellog was a Child Abuser who Poured Acid on the Genitals of Pre-Teens

RiceCrispiesAndScreamingChildren

Hark! Elfin characters on the front of a packet of Kellogg’s Rice Crispies listen for the sound of, “Snap, Crackle and Pop”. Having read Dr Kellogg’s vile history though, the sound is spoiled. One cannot help but imagine the sound of acid as it dissolves flesh. Click for full size.

In light of the recent controversy over Kellogg’s, MHN editor Sam Smith explains why he is joining the Kellogg’s boycott and why readers should too. Kellogg’s was founded by an eccentric Victorian who blamed the world’s ills on masturbation. Whilst this in itself would be harmless, he gave advice to parents on abusive ways to treat children suspected of masturbation and carried out clitoridectomies (removal of the clitoris) on underage girls.

The modern Kellogg’s company does not endorse female genital mutilation but in 2016 has been linked to child labour involving 8 to 14 year olds. Kellogg’s has also withdrawn its advertising from Breitbart News over “values”.

Cornflakes were invented by Dr John Harvey Kellogg and his brother Will Keith Kellogg (who went on to later found the eponymous company). The food was invented as a by-product of the brothers’ running of a well-known hospital of the era called the Battle Creek Sanitarium.

Treatments available at the hospital included the following –

If you find this hard to believe, even Gawker stablemate Jezebel says the same and quite rightly (archive here).

Hillary Clinton’s Other Links to Satan

Aleister_Crowley_as_Osiris

Aleister Crowley, Inventor of ‘Spirit Cooking’. Public Domain Picture via Wikimedia Commons.

When it was announced by Wikileaks that they had evidence that painted a ‘dark’ picture of the Clinton’s and their inner circle, few imagined that there would be ties to the occult. Bizarrely, leaked emails include an invitation to Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta from his brother Tony to a ‘spirit cooking’ dinner (archive).

The dinner was to be entertained by Marina Abramovic, a performance artist and author of a recipe book of bizarre foods including, “fresh breast milk with fresh sperm milk” and other ingredients including blood.

The recipe is similar to the so-called, ‘Cake of Light’ (archive), invented by Aleister Crowley. Crowley was a British occultist whose styled himself (archive) the “most evil” man in Britain.

Members of the extreme left often reject mainstream religion and it should come as no surprise that they fill the void with bizarre and often dangerous beliefs.

As a former Labour party staffer (before becoming a Conservative) I have a detailed knowledge of the eccentric religious practices of left-wing politicians. However despite the often heinous nature of such beliefs it is often a weak political tactic to raise it because it sounds so outré as to be hard for ordinary people to accept.

Clinton staffers’ alleged links to the occult distract from (for example) her improper use of a private email server and her alleged visits to the Caribbean residence of fabulously wealthy convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein (archive). Ann Coulter in her book, “High Crimes and Misdemeanours”, forensically sets out in detail a wide variety of dubious financial and political dealings of both Bill and Hillary Clinton. As she says the problem with Whitewater is it was just so dull.

Paedogeddon! Kiwi Farms Loses Domain, Merchandise and Faces Page Blocks

JoshuaConnerMoon

A photograph of hated paedophile sadist and Kiwi Farms owner Joshua Conner Moon before he put on weight. Image used under the UK Parody exception pursuant to s30A Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Yet another major organisation has banned Kiwi Farms. This time it is the top-level domain authority for the .ms domain, which is revoking Kiwi Farms domain (archive here) for obvious abuse, forcing them to move to kiwifarms.net. At the same time, Josh has been trying to profit from my image in the mistaken belief he has a fair-use defence. His platform Redbubble seem to disagree.

It has been a bad week for Joshua Conner Moon. Kiwi Farms has had several pages removed thanks to the court order I obtained in July. If Kiwi Farms tries to circumvent it by changing the URI then Google can impose page rank penalties in addition to their losses from losing their domain name.

Josh’s t-shirts of me have been taken down by Redbubble due to breach of a variety of laws. I have carefully considered fair use, but I am afraid that Josh is again disadvantaged by the fact that one of my law school electives for coursework on my GDL was on internet intellectual property rights, whereas he is an unemployed man living in his mother’s basement. In my opinion fair use does not apply to most of the rights at issue.

I contacted Redbubble on the basis that, pursuant to California statute he is misusing my personality rights. Personality rights are a separate law from copyright and fair use is not a defence, which I link to here. Kiwis can experience imbecile rage when they search the text and find that ‘fair use’ does not appear in the text of the law.

An exception was one image which is a derivative work of one of my selfies with no obvious parody element. In that regard alone I claimed copyright and so I considered Fair Use. However, I consider that there is no legitimate fair use exception. In Sony Corp. of America v. Universal City Studios, Inc., the US Supreme Court stated that “every commercial use of copyrighted material is presumptively . . . unfair”. To file a counter-notice Josh must accept California jurisdiction, which means California law (including personality rights law) will apply to him.

Kiwi Farms continues to collapse. For those who feel legitimately aggrieved, further information has come to light for the purpose of sending polite complaints.

Kiwi Farms Hosting: Frantech.ca
Despite their use of Cloudflare, it has come to light that Kiwi Farms is hosted by Frantech.ca. The company contact address is 3635 Craigmillar Ave, Victoria, BC V8P 3H2, which looks like it may also be the home of Francisco Dias the owner (hence Frantech). His email is francisco@frantech.ca and the administrative email is admin@frantech.ca.

Google Ads: Terms of Service
Kiwi Farms uses Google ads, but according to the terms –
“Google ads aren’t permitted on sites that contain harassing or bullying content, or on content that incites hatred or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity.”

Joshua Moon Cowers as Victim Attends his Home, Complains of Harassment

Joshua Conner Moon cowered in fear because a transwoman attended his home and tried to remonstrate politely with his mother.

JoshuaMoonHidIntheToilet

After a transwoman attended Joshua Conner Moon’s home and attempted to remonstrate with his mother Candice Lynn Potter, he accused her of harassment. Click for full size.

Yesterday, a transgender woman attended Joshua Conner Moon’s home in Pensacola Florida to try to explain the distress he was causing her. Whilst he hid, she tried to politely explained her grievances to Josh’s mother and convey why police attendance has become such a regular feature of Moon household life.

By coincidence, the same day I saw Josh’s post about how empty and ruined his life was by Kiwi Farms, that I posted here. I sent him a polite email, explaining that if he wanted off the horse and took down Kiwi Farms then to incentivise an end to the harassment of large numbers of innocent people I would take my articles about him down.

WikiInAction Turns Into Arbcom

Just a brief note. Every so often something comes along that genuinely surprises me. Today, I was banned from /r/WikiInAction, without warning and supposedly for contacting Gamaliel’s employers for comment about my recent article. Thing is, in private WikiInActions moderators have known and supported my actions for months.

Last December I published an article about a RationalWiki moderator called Gooniepunk. Some applauded, some condemned me for ‘doxing’ for revealing his real world identity. I think it can be ethical journalism to reveal the true identity of anonymous internet types.

Someone posted my article on WikiInAction. It was left up for a day or two then removed. I got a nice email from a WikiInAction moderator. Turns out they loved it, “We 100% back the blog post you made […]” and only took it down because they were directly contacted by the administrators of Reddit. So no problem with doxing. However, they did ask me to avoid such details in future posts if I wanted to post them in the subreddit.

Jimmy Wales, Gamaliel (Robert Manuel Fernandez of Cannon Memorial Library), Paedophilia, Screaming Children and Whistleblower The Devil’s Advocate

After the case of misconduct by Wikipedia Arbitrator Gamaliel went to ArbCom (archive here), leading to his admonishment and resignation, the Witchfinder parked this article out of pity. Gamaliel was nothing more than a ruined librarian with no success in his life other than his now ended time in office on Wikipedia. Then Gamaliel contacted journalist David Auerbach’s employer in an effort to silence him.

Now, in light of this fresh wrongdoing the Witchfinder reveals the sickening truth about paedophile sadists, Wikipedia and Jimmy Wales’ company Wikia.com – along with ArbCom and the Wikimedia Foundations’ inaction when warned of paedophile activity and images of nude children on the Wiki. The most serious allegation is that, after removing a community that was being used for paedophile sadism, in a case Jimmy Wales was personally seized of, Wikia handed back their database including over a hundred depraved images of children.

[Note – this article does not link to any illegal material and no illegal material was downloaded in its preparation. You can follow any link here safely. However, please be careful with related pages especially on Wikipedia.]

JimmyWalesBoyscouts

Jimmy Wales and some boy scouts. The left image is used throughout Wikimedia and caused controversy when it was used on sadistic fetish erotica site, ‘The Spanking Wiki’ hosted by Wales’ company Wikia. This image was one of the milder images, insofar as the children are clothed and not in tears and / or screaming. Images of Jimmy Wales and Boy Scouts separately by CC-BY-SA.

A Gallery of Underage Boys
Wikipedia has an article entitled, ‘Boy’. I cannot link from here. I cannot even visit the page. Why? Because a whistle-blower tells me that it contains a nude image of young boys and so viewing the page without reasonable excuse could constitute an offence in the UK or US. It is said that those with an unhealthy interest in children have slipped an image of naked (with visible genitals), roughly 8 year old boys skinny dipping into the middle of the page.

We can safely visit the article talk page archive (a mostly text discussion of the article contents) (external archive here). The talk page, as opposed to the main article page, contains only adult nudity (NSFW but 40 and 34 years old so not at risk of being illegal). It also contains extensive documentation of complaints about paedophile material being inserted.

At one point, according to the text log, there was an entire gallery of nude boys although even the Wikipedians thought that too far. One user complained as follows, “the gallery is plainly pedophilically prurient”. It appears from the talk page complaints that there is presently still some child nudity on the main article page and users based in other jurisdictions have tried, and failed, to have it removed.

‘Fake Anthrax’ – Law Enforcement Inaction Leads to Further Joshua Conner Moon / Kiwi Farms Related Crime

In the wake of the Okaloosa School threats, the Witchfinder reveals that an absence of US law enforcement activity over sinister website Kiwi Farms has led to further vigilante threats, including a detailed guide to retaliatory harassment of the operator and the sending of false anthrax packages. Josh Moon has had many enemies on the chan boards and elsewhere for some time, long before I wrote about the site. Their opposition to Kiwi Farms and Moon shows every sign of intensifying.

Center – Sheriff David Morgan looks on. Image used under the UK Parody exception pursuant to s30A Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988. Child is a stock image from Dreamstime.

Last week, Hertfordshire police received a menacing email trying to imply I was a criminal. They immediately realised it was fake, and put it in to their technical unit for tracing. It was not the first time. Needless to say it seemd to come from a domain owned by Joshua Conner Moon, the operator of the ‘GamerGate.us’ email service, which falsely poses as the #GamerGate movement for trolling purposes.

Joshua Moon’s site Kiwi Farms has been increasingly controversial for some time now due to its explicit targeting of preteen children and the disabled, as well as high profile individuals like former Nintendo PR Alison Rapp. In my initial article on the subject, I documented how multiple hosting companies had banned the site. French hosting company Gandi.net expressly confirmed that Kiwi Farms was banned after child pornography was found.

In a later article, with links and archives, I provided evidence that Kiwi Farms were openly organising frightening forged emails to women, in the name of other women and with penis photos and similar attached. A member boasted of organising SWATtings and one screenshotted a massacre threat they sent to Hertfordshire police. The same article linked to a vote taken on Kiwi Farms to target under age children and gave an example of their doing exactly that by harvesting family photos of a 5-year old boy. Clearly many of these activities are illegal under Federal United States and Florida law.

Most message boards that provide questionable content avoid participation and rely on immunity under section 230 of the United States Communications Decency Act 1996. Case law shows that this immunity can be lost if you join in the fray and participate by creating editorial content, which of course Moon does on a regular basis. He would be well advised to read this article here (archive here).
