NewProject2 – It was MHN not Leopirate

The closure of 9chan / Kiwi Farms / Joshua Moon funding site Newproject2 was not caused by Leopirate (although his channel is great and so is his recent video). It is not a free-speech issue. It was me. I had their account closed and it is going to stay closed whilst Josh is a member. Newproject2 is owned and run by low-rent internet shock-jock Dick Masterson. Dick Masterson appears to have ignored the complex regulatory requirements that apply to would-be financial institutions like Newproject2 LLC.

Master Card Closes New Project 2 2020-05-29

MasterCard required that NewProject2 be investigated by its acquiring bank due to its provision of services to Joshua Conner Moon and various regulatory breaches. The investigation led to termination of the account.

I have been quiet for a while on the dreg-o-sphere (my pet name for the embarrassing fringe of the fringe of the Right who actually associate with Joshua Conner Moon and Ethan Ralph). That is because I have been doing productive things. I passed my law exams and whilst I have not sought to practice law as solicitor I have been helping celebrities and politicians pro-bono in high profile lawsuits in the Queen’s Bench as a McKenzie Friend.

Aside from the Coronavirus lockdown I have been earning very much in the higher income tax bracket from the IT business I own. I have been writing articles on major issues. In this recent judgement (archive), a woman called Esther Baker made 200 pages of complaints about me to a High Court judge. The complaints were all rejected, as having, “no merit”. Baker had to pay the costs of making us read her complaints about my articles.

I was praised in a newspaper recently for defeating two of Britain’s biggest and most prestigious libel law firms in a case –

HemmingQuote

Former MP John Hemming seems happy with my work in the Hencke and Wilmer cases, per his comment at the end of this newspaper article.

Because of that, as well as my now significant legal skills I have a number of powerful friends. Some MPs, national editors and company executives reply to my texts. They take my calls. I am no longer remotely on Josh or Ethan’s pay grade.

Even so I am no enemy of free speech. I was calling out named Twitter executives only a few weeks ago [1], not least for spying on users and supporting an automated process that enabled Labour Party activists to be banned for wrong-think [2]. Twitter humiliatingly threatened [3] then abandoned [4] a lawsuit against me through their expensive London lawyers Bristows.

Extract from Bristows' Email of 6 May 2020

Bristows now claim they were never threatening to sue me on behalf of Twitter. I understand that Robert Graham and Alex Keenlyside are responsible. Image adjusted to show logo above the relevant paragraph.

I find Ethan Ralph and Dick Masterson gauche and embarrassing to the Conservative / Right movement but their speech and conduct is basically legal aside from Dick not understanding about the byzantine regulatory requirements of being a payment processor. Also that time Ralph went to prison for a felony assault on a police officer.

Joshua Conner Moon’s speech is not legal. His sites are not legal. If Dick and Ethan shun Josh they will be fine. If not, they can expect worse. Imagine not being allowed a credit card or a bank account worse. Whole families losing their jobs worse. Remember what happened to Candice (Candy) Lynn Potter? You and your families will be the subject of scrutiny. Your lives will be dismantled. Your ways undone. Worse.

Newproject2 LLC was and is hilariously easy to dismantle. The company has numerous regulatory problems including (but not limited to) Data Protection, compliance and consumer law. Leopirate pointed out some of its ridiculous non-terms in his video. The company has a giant lacunae where its regulatory and compliance functions should be. The failure to comply with red-tape is only one aspect of it. The site seeks to be an international payment provider but has problems under US law, EU GDPR law and UK Data Protection Law (we separate now because Brexit). For example in his video Leopirate pointed out that Dick Masterson thinks it is okay to have a Data Protection policy along the lines of ‘we can do what we want’. Orly Dick?

Finance is an incredibly strongly regulated sector. A payment company needs multiple books worth of diverse policies on a number of issues such as fair treatment of clients. Dick Masterson’s so-called Terms of Service (archive) at Newproject 2 fit in this article. Here they are –

“We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Terms of Service agreements don’t mean anything. They are marketing materials companies point at to make their arbitrary decisions look official.
We are not liable for your usage, interactions, experience, or otherwise within the site, as they may vary because of usership. by using the site, you agree to these terms.
Privacy Policy”

Dick thinks Terms of Service agreements, “don’t mean anything”. Dick’s financial institution has been closed down by the bank. Do not be like Dick – he is a moron. Read the regulations that apply to your heavily regulated business and comply with them. As another simple example, Dick is so unbelievably stupid he was trying to run a payment processor with no money-laundering policy in its Terms of Use.

The closure of Newproject 2 is not a left-right issue. It is not a political free speech issue. It is not an anti-Trump issue. I am pro-Trump and I make no effort to hide it. This week I am more pro-Trump due to his great recent Executive Order on social companies like Twitter. I am pro-Gab.

Joshua Conner Moon is a neo-Nazi paedophile and a stalker who runs websites facilitating and promoting stalking, terrorism and paedophilia. Successful businesses do not fund stalking, terrorism and paedophilia because those things are illegal. Funding them is by definition, money laundering. Dick needs to think very carefully about allowing Josh anywhere near his businesses.

Every time a bank terminates service to a merchant for breach of terms they add the merchant and associated persons to what is known as the joint, VISA / MasterCard Terminated Merchant File (TMF) and MATCH list. There may also be other lists. This can make it very hard to obtain banking services and card processing services anywhere. Personal current accounts (what Americans call ‘checking accounts’) can suddenly be terminated. Personal cards can be cancelled without warning.

Right now, Dick has his $20K a month Patreon. If he likes it, he should reflect carefully and urgently on these matters, starting now. If Twitter’s moderately powerful, expensive London lawyers know better than to test me, perhaps Dick needs to consider how he feels about me.

I recommend fear.

  1. Why leave it so long? We thought you had disappeared.

(Well done though, losing 2 grand a month has gotta hurt)

    • Two reasons. Firstly, my friends and I are quite busy. Secondly, what you said – losing 2 grand has to hurt. We like Josh to come close to his dreams before snatching them away. Losing $5 a month is meh. Losing $2000 is … not so meh. Josh got so achingly close to his dream of, “Dog Days are Errverr”. So close. We will be stricter from now on though. We will not allow him to come close to such “heights” again for the foreseeable future. Mind you, imagine being so rekt you actually think $2K a month is a good income.
